WE SHIP OUR ORDERS Through NINJAVAN. You may track your orders via the tracking numbers we send through Shipping Confirmation e-mail (check your inbox) and Ninjavan may also be sending you an SMS re status. Once you have the tracking numbers, you can track via their website below:

At this time, we only ship to customers in the Philippines anywhere in the country (Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao).
But, any buyer abroad can always buy an item and send it (as a gift) to a Philippine address.
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
The countdown begins the moment your package leaves our warehouse (when you get your shipping confirmation e-mail). Sundays and Holidays not included below:
- Metro Manila - 2 to 5 working days
- Provincial - 5 to 7 working days
OTHER POLICIES AND GUIDELINES ON SHIPPING
- Shipments are considered "Provincial" for any destination outside of Metro Manila. Please note that TAYTAY, CAINTA and ANTIPOLO, Rizal are already considered Provincial. Here are the 16 cities and 1 municipality of Metro Manila: Manila, Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig, and Valenzuela, as well as the Municipality of Pateros.
- Your package is automatically insured by up to P2,000.00
- Items (or total purchases) larger than 9" x 14" may have different or special rates other than above. Weight is not the only factor when our system computes for shipping costs, but also bulk.
- Some items may have a higher "weight" than actual in the product listing. This takes into account their bulk so that the system can compute the appropriate shipment size and cost.
- We ship from Monday to Friday only. Paid orders (and proof of bank deposit e-mails) received after 4pm Friday up to Sunday will be processed on Monday and shipped out Tuesday.
- We DO NOT ship on Weekends and Holidays
