Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • We accept returns within 30 days (from the date of fulfillment of the item) for any reasonable request subject to review (unless otherwise noted on the product page). If any defect happens beyond this period, then the warranty is void.
  • To begin the process, simply email us at abubot.store@gmail.com with the following information
    • Your Name (as it appears on your order)
    • Your Order Number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason why?
    • Applicable photos or images can be attached
  • Kindly wait for one of our Customer Support agents to get back to you and give you feedback and "next steps" for your case.
  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, including boxes, tags, booklets and labels, plastic shrink wrap. For board games and other collectibles, this means that the original manufacturer shrink wrap must be intact.
  • Customer will shoulder the cost of the shipping back to our office/warehouse and also the shipping back to customer.
  • If there is a price difference for the size or replacement, customer will have to shoulder this too.
  • If there is no longer any stock, then we can REFUND your money back (see below).
  • If, upon investigation, the product is found in good condition and there is no defect, we shall ship it back to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • Please allow up to 5 to 7 working days for processing of this.
  • We only replace once per order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Food products, underwear, digital content, magazines or comics, or clothing that has already been worn CANNOT be returned.
  • Also, some items as noted on the product page cannot be returned for refund or store credit.
  • Due to sanitary concerns, worn apparel of any kind cannot be returned or replaced.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENT

  • We accept refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products or any other, similar (reasonable) request.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method (via Credit Card or Paypal or Bank Deposit if applicable).
  • Store Credits can also be an option if customer agrees
  • If we cannot process through that, we may ask for your BDO or BPI bank account and we will deposit the amount through that medium. We shall email you a copy of the deposit slip as proof of payment/refund. Your account details will be kept with utmost confidentiality.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for some returns.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs to our office/warehouse. But if the items are proved defective, we will reimburse your shipping expense based on how much we shipped it to you via refund or store credits (voucher).
  • Some items may be temporarily out of stock. Our Customer Service representative will notify you of these and other details.
  • Please allow up to 5 to 7 working days for processing of this.
  • We only allow one refund or replacement per order.

APPAREL (SHIRT) EXCHANGES

  • If you need a different size of an apparel/shirt that you ordered, please email us at abubot.store@gmail.com with the following information
      • Your Name (as it appears on your order)
      • Your Order Number
      • Old size and design of shirt
      • New Size 
  • You shall be responsible for the cost of shipping the old item to our office/warehouse and also the cost of the shipping back to you of the replacement.
  • If there is a price difference on the sizes, we will ask customer to shoulder it too.
  • Processing for size replacement may take up 5 to 7 working days upon receipt of the old apparel.
  • We only replace once for any order.
  • Worn items cannot be replaced
